Designed and built for a family downsizing home but upsizing property in Advance, NC, this modern farmhouse style incorporates front and rear wrap around covered porches to add ample outdoor living area. The porch ceilings are finished with tongue and groove douglas fir and the porch decking is a low maintenance composite. Large windows and patio doors from Weather Shield, along with white oak flooring and cabinets finished natural keep the interior bright.

Graylyn Place Ct | Winston-Salem NC | 2021

This whole home renovation in Graylyn Place for new owners and previous clients features all new custom cabinetry, added storage space, updated kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Standard red oak flooring was removed and replaced with 4” wide rift and quartered white oak with water popped grain and finished with Rubio Monocoat Chocolate color.
